TVA Tract No. XALCSS-2
The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) proposes to sell at public auction property located in Blount County, Tennessee. The property, consisting of approximately 2 acres, is on Clydesdale Street, Maryville, Tennessee, and identified in TVA records as Tract No. XALCSS-2. MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE BID $86,500 The property will be sold to the qualified bidder offering the highest bid in the form of certified cashier’s check or wire transfer funds. In order for a bid to qualify, TVA must receive, no later than 12 p.m. EDT on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021: 1) a $26,500 deposit and 2) a letter of intent to bid, setting forth the name, address, contact phone number, email and legal entity of the bidding party. Details of these qualifying requirements to bid are included in the Notice and Terms of Sale (“Notice”). Prospective bidders who fail to qualify will be notified prior to the auction. The Notice specifically describes the property to be sold. The property will be sold pursuant to the special terms and conditions, restrictions, reservations, exceptions and/or limitations specifically set forth in the Notice and as may be announced on the day of the sale. TVA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The public auction will be held online beginning at 10 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021, with bidding running until 2 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021. The Property will be sold to the qualified bidder offering the highest bid in the form of certified cashier’s
check or wire transfer of immediately available funds.
In order to qualify to bid, TVA must receive from each prospective bidder no later than 12:00 p.m.
EDT on October 8, 2021, (1) a $26,500.00 earnest money deposit, and (2) a letter of intent to bid at the
auction setting forth the bidder’s legal entity name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. The

The deposit must be sent by wire transfer in accordance with the wiring instructions in Exhibit D which is
