We are selling at auction the estate of Wendy Dew Bass.
Items include: 2003 Winnebago Sightseer Model 27C RV, Kubota RTV-X1100CWL-H with cab, Massey Ferguson tractor, 2013 Jayco White Hawk Ultra-Light 26' camper in great condition, bush hog, other implements, Antiques, Western themed items, used furniture, household items, oak cupboards, oak dressers, wagon wheels, many hand-made baskets, pots & pans, glassware, dishes, oil lamps, much more! Also selling: Wurlitzer model 1900 Centennial Jukebox from 1956, AMI model F-80 Jukebox circa 1954, Restored wooden phone booth with phone in working order from a Hotel in downtown Knoxville, 1950's Sony TC-630 stereo tape recorder reel to reel tape player with original speakers, Celestron Nexstar 8SE starbright telescope w accessories and hard plastic case, (used very little), VivaLift leather power lift recliner (working), Samsung Giga Sound Blast 230W Mini component MX-J630 stereo, Crosley CR2405A record player/radio, Celestron Cavalry binoculars w/ tripod, Akai stereo system w/ turntable and speakers and a 26" Sony flat panel TV all on wooden entertainment stand, and much more!

Personal Property: 15% Buyer's Premium added to each successful bid. Everything sold AS-IS. No refunds, no exceptions. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU ARE KNOWN BY US, and only from a local bank. You will need to let us know in advance if you are planning on paying by check. Cash is always accepted, but buyer must let us know before 5:00PM the day the auction ends if paying with cash. Otherwise, payment must be made by credit card on file that was used to register for the auction. Payment must be made in full BEFORE items are removed from premises. There is an auto-extend feature on this auction. Bidding will extend 5 minutes if there is a bid within the last 5 minutes of the auction. Once all bidding is exhausted and no more bids are received, then the time will tick down and the auction will close. This closely mimics a live sale. There is also a staggered closing on personal property items. If you don't understand the terms of the auction, call us at 865-681-7797 and we can explain them to you. If you don't agree with the terms or don't trust the system, THEN DON'T BID! It's that simple. Items not picked up from the auction that remain at the residence after pickup date(s) are subject to forfeiture.
